Our Beginnings
At PCS Foundation, we believe in the power of compassion, support, and inclusivity to transform lives and build stronger communities. Founded in 2024 by Michelle Scott, the visionary behind Passionate Care Services, our foundation is dedicated to serving individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

EMPOWERING DAILY INDEPENDENCE
Through personalized support programs, we help adults with special needs strengthen life skills that foster independence. Every session is designed to encourage growth, dignity, and everyday confidence.
INCLUSIVE HEALTH & WELLNESS PROGRAMS
Our wellness activities promote mobility, emotional balance, and overall physical health. We create safe, structured spaces where participants can thrive through guided exercise and adaptive routines.
COMMUNITY CONNECTION & SUPPORT
We host events and support services that reduce isolation and build meaningful community bonds. Families gain resources, connection, and reassurance while individuals feel seen, valued, and supported.
